As a native Houstonian, I grew up in Deer Park and currently call Katy my home. I started selling new construction in October of 2000. In 2010 I got my real estate license. Currently, I belong to the Houston Association of Realtors and Corpus Christi Association of Realtors. Sean and Gina McCarthy invited me to join their team Sonnet Realty Group. I have decided the time is right for me to return to Real Estate in general instead of working for builders. This decision was motivated not only by the market but by my long-term personal goals. Over the course of my career, I have closed nearly 1000 homes with a focus on our Veterans. I have my Veterans Relocation Professional certification, and I work with a lender who focuses' heavily on the Veteran community. Thank you to all of those who have served. I want to thank the civilian front line as well. In addition to my MRP, I have my At Home With Diversity Certification and Real Estate Negotiation Expert Certification (AHWD RENE). I have helped various buyers, for example, veterans, first-time home buyers, second-time home buyers, and second homes. While my expertise is in Houston and surrounding areas, I spend much time on the coast and would like to share my experience with those looking for a second home, particularly in the fishing communities. Thank you for taking the time to read about me.
